I remember that moment. When I first set up my business back in 2008, What a fabulous day that was, I was full of enthusiasm, full of spirit full of life. And today, I am the same Because I have kept hold of that love my business and I love my clients and the love for what I do. This is what I put on this earth to do.  This mission is why I wake up every day to do something that I honestly, and genuinely love; Something that I feel appreciated for doing. And something that I know my clients grow because I’m able to help them to gain more, to help them build those growing profitable and sustainable businesses.

Unfortunately, some people wake up to a different reality, however. They find themselves in an abusive relationship with an aggressive, hostile partner, who was always demanding more from them. Demanding more time, more money, more effort, less sleep, less love.  These people are in a relationship with their businesses, where the company is out of control. They are no longer in a position where they feel appreciated or wanted by either the company or its clients. They don’t feel the passion anymore; they only feel only the grind and the heartache. Their idea of such a wonderful, fulfilled life is no longer there.

So, what went wrong?

How did they get into this position, unwanted unloved in their own business?

No longer feeling that they are doing what they love and loving what they do.

So, if your business has become more of a millstone and a great May, then maybe it’s time for you to reinvigorate your relationship with your business. And go back to the time when you first had that great idea. Asking yourself,

Are you still on the mission?

Are you still doing what you want to do?

And if not, where has it changed and how do you get back on-point of doing what you originally intended to do? But with something that’s still viable, and more importantly how you’re going to change your business and yourself to get there.

Because when you’re doing something that you love. Then that task is no longer a chore, and in fact, it becomes a pleasure. Moreover, people can see that passion within you, and they too would have part of that passion for their own business and their own lives.

And as Romney says, “Let the beauty of what you love, be what you do!”
